This course is aimed at those who are responsible for the management and maintenance of hot and cold water systems in residential accommodation.
The course provides an introduction to the properties of water and the design of water systems. It concentrates on identifying and controlling the risk elements inherent in water systems that might lead to the development of Legionella bacteria growth.
Included is a training manual and a log book which is used during a practice risk assessment of a cold and hot water system.
